Jason was the consummate professional and quite knowledge! His foreman, Manny was fantastic! He was also quite professional, he and his crew were courteous, hard working, and very respectful! they finished the job exactly in 1 day just as Jason said they would. They cleaned up as they went along as well. When they left, our grounds, were just as they found it! We will use this company again for our next roof and highly recommend them. Management, Foreman, and Crew are Bar None!

In my 15 years of owning this house and working with several reputable roofing companies in Brunswick, my recent experience with Summit Exteriors LLC was the best. Their exceptional expertise, professionalism, and kind conduct made for a refreshing and impressive encounter. We are very pleased with our new metal roof. Cost, timing and results were excellent. In comparing our experience to those who hired other companies we came out on top. I know of 2 other families who had metal roofs installed by Summit at about the same time and they were also very pleased. We would highly recommend Summit Exteriors.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work, and the care the workers took in protecting our property. Jason had given us a quote for the job, and once he started, found that there were two layers of shingles on our roof which required more time and labor to get the job done. However, he kept to his promise of the quote and his company assumed the cost of the added labor. I found this to very refreshing and very honorable. It showed great integrity to stand by his word, and a quality businessman. Through the whole process we were battling weather and the possibility of the first snow, however, Jason and his crew managed around the weather and got the job done. I highly recommend this company. My roof looks great!

I recently moved into my house and had Summit replace the moss covered roof that had existed. They were friendly and responsive and extremely knowledgeable of the options I could choose and helped me pick the proper color. They booked me out about a week and the job was completed in under 2 days and it looks a million times better! I highly recommend this company for your next roof!

Worth the INVESTMENT! My family was really surprised when looking into getting a new roof and finding out it would be nearly $15k. We initially wanted a metal roof and shopped around for companies and realized most roofers only nail in the metal on top of your current asphalt roof. With our concerns of the wood under the asphalt being compromised we knew that replacing the asphault would be the better option because they would be able to fix any structural defects. From the first time, I spoke to Barb to the constant communication with Jason to wait for the supplies to be delivered they both treated me very well and updated me if delays to start the job came up. The crew of 6 showed up at 7am every morning was able to get the job done in 2 days in 3 hours on the third. When I tell you EVERYONE worked hard to make it a full team effort I mean EVERYONE. On the first day we had a cousin of a crew member show up to help, on the second day Jason's son shingled our sun room in like two hours and the work was 👍 and during the three hours on the third day we had wives and girlfriends helping out making sure all left over asphalt was out of our bushes, there were no nails anywhere on the property after they left. Dave-- the Forman-- kept the crew on task and has been doing this for 18 years. He was always open to answer questions and double/triple check the other guys work. Fantastic management skills. The crew did a great job too. We had elderly in the house on oxygen and some of the guys smoked. All of them fully understood and respected our rules and were far away from the house for smoke breaks. Summit Exteriors was a great choice and our family liked them so much we going to get them to do an estimate of my mom's house next week.

Prior to Summit we tried 2 other people and both had excuses and reasons to delay the start of the job. After almost 2 months of waiting we called Summit Exteriors. Jason came out on a Saturday, gave quote with realistic time frame to start and finish based on other jobs he had. Communication was excellent and I highly recommend Summit Exteriors.
